Killer Cannibals In The White House

Policemen don’t solve crimes any more. If TV drama is to be believed, the best investigators are now pathologists, psychics and the occasional vampire.

One show, called “Medium”, is at the centre of yet more U.S. election hysteria. The latest villain caught by the “psychic investigator” was an Arizona senator and a former prisoner of war who turned out to be a murderous cannibal.

If that sounds familiar, it’s because “Arizona senator” and “former POW” are normally attached to the name John McCain.

The Republicans are beside themselves with fury. They’ve accused the network of bias and have urged voters “not to be fooled” by the apparent slur on McCain’s character.

But if anyone’s into cannibalism, it’s the Democrats. Obama and Clinton have been tearing into each other on a daily basis since Tuesday’s vote and there’s already talk of getting lawyers involved to sort out the disputed primaries in Florida and Michigan.

The latest row revolves around who would respond most effectively to getting an emergency call in the White House at 3am.

Clinton said she’d had lots of experience answering phones while Obama maintained it wasn’t how often you’d answered them but a matter of finding a new way to do it.

All the pressure is now on the Democrats to choose their candidate in a way that doesn’t split the party and turn two great chances for victory into one easy win for the Republicans.

Meanwhile, no one’s asked John McCain if he’d answer the phone in the middle of the night. Maybe they all think he’d be up anyway, after having an old friend for dinner.

Well in order to settle who will answer the call first, we only need to look at the historical live events most recent whereupon an area of the USA was devastated by floods, whilst flood defences starved from investment delayed leadership rleeif by weeks. Now I wonder which party that was? [How WilI know-Whitney Houston]?

Haven't we all had enough of wars, invasions, hatred? Shouldn't there be a US president who can finally help the world become a better place to live? It is possible to be forceful and compelling without being weak and without using violence.

I've been watching this here but cannot understand why there only seems to be two people in this race. Barack and Clinton...they get all the headlines. You'd think no one else was running and i'm so sick of it, heaven knows what the Yanks feel about it. All we get is a black man and a white woman...what about their policies as i have absolutely no idea what either of them stand for.
Given that gruesome twosome i'd vote for McCain if i lived there, but the news coverage here seems incredibly biased...why is that? I'd have to be deeply suspicious about the whole charade but at least it's more interesintg than our limp elections, where we are told who we will have. How democratic is that?
But then our government have just betrayed us big time...something which we will never, ever forgive or forget.

It's funny how everybody is convinced that the worst president in US histry is W. Bush and yet they are still going to elect John McCain. The man has a militaristic attitude that makes Dick Cheney seem like Gandi. he has said that US Troops will be in Iraq for 100 years, but has neglected to mention that they will probably be in Iran, North Korea and Syria as well. Be afraid, people of the world. Be Afraid..

?Maybe they all think he’d be up anyway, after having an old friend for dinner.?
ha ha ha ha!

The dems have had illusions of power ever since Ross Perot got Bill Clinton in the white house. They have lost ever since Ross Perot stop running. Is he still alive?
Now ...Run Ralph Run!show them! like Balloo the Bear said in Tailspin, " those phoneys are all balloneys" !

If there is anyone running for President this time round that I'd want to answer the phone at 0300 it's John McCain.

And I believe he'll catch Osama and his bunch even if he has to chase after them himself using a stick.

Thank God we didn't have a Clinton or an Obama running the country during WWII.

The US has become pathetic and weak!
